Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Bertrand's Cajun Dust (or Bertrand's Cajun Heat)
- Optional: 2 tbsp grass-fed butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry and toss them with the olive oil until evenly coated.
- Season generously with Bertrand's Cajun Dust, making sure every wing is coated on all sides.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer directly on the smoker grates.
- Smoke for 1½–2 hours, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 175–185°F for tender, juicy meat.
- If you prefer crispier skin, increase the smoker temperature to 400°F for the final 10–15 minutes, or finish the wings over direct heat for a few minutes.
- For even more flavor, toss the hot wings with the melted grass-fed butter and finish with one final light shake of Bertrand's Cajun Dust.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside our Bertrand's Cajun Dusted Hand-Cut Fries for the ultimate Cajun meal. Pair with ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery, and carrot sticks for dipping.
